At Eunoia Bra, we’re honored to be part of your healing journey. Below is our shipping policy to help you know what to expect when placing an order.

 


 

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after your purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

 


 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery time (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us through our Contact page.

 


 

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

 


 

4. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out—we’ll do our best to help.

 


 

5. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 


 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier first. Eunoia Bra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
