Why I Created Eunoia Bra®
I created Eunoia Bra after my miscarriage in 2022. My milk came in a few days later and nothing I tried helped. Sports bras were cut too low, plastic wrap made me hot and uncomfortable.
Sixteen years earlier, after having my daughter my senior year of high school, I was told to use those exact same things. It shocked me that almost nothing had changed for women who needed to suppress lactation.
In that moment of pain, both physical and emotional, I realized women deserved better.
And from that moment, Eunoia Bra was born.

Eunoia Bra® was born from one of the hardest moments of my life, losing my baby boy, Rj.
The hospital gave me grief resources and keepsakes to honor his memory, but nothing prepared me for what would happen next.
A few days later, my milk came in. And just like that, I grieved all over again. My breasts were full, aching, and leaking with no baby to feed. The pain was more than emotional, it was physical. And in that silence, I felt completely alone.
My husband helped me wrap my chest in plastic wrap just to ease the pressure. That moment lit something in me:
“There has to be a better way.”
That’s when the seed for Eunoia Bra® was planted.
This bra was created to bring comfort during some of the most tender and sacred times. After loss, during weaning, or anytime a woman needs to feel held and supported in her healing.
Eunoia means “beautiful thinking” or “a well mind.”
And that’s what I hope this space becomes for you. A soft place to land, a gentle embrace, and a reminder that you are not alone.
