At Eunoia Bra, every product is created with care and intention to support women during one of the most tender times in life. Because of the intimate nature of our products and our commitment to your safety and hygiene, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges on any of our products. This includes bras, cooling packs, and bundles.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you believe you've received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
