What is the Eunoia Bra designed for?

Can I wear the Eunoia Bra if I’m not lactating or engorged?
Yes. While it was created with lactation suppression in mind, many women find it comfortable enough to wear during other stages of healing or daily life. It provides soft, full coverage support that feels good on the skin.
Can I wear this bra if I haven’t experienced a loss, but I no longer wish to breastfeed?
Yes. The Eunoia Bra was created with love and intention for mothers navigating lactation after loss, but its comfort and function can support anyone choosing to stop breastfeeding. Whether you’re weaning or simply transitioning from nursing, the bra and cooling packs can still provide relief and support.

How do I choose the right size?
We recommend choosing your regular bra or sports bra size, even if you're experiencing engorgement. The Eunoia Bra is thoughtfully designed to provide a gently yet secure fit, and the adjustable straps help accommodate your body as it changes.
Ultimately, it's up to your personal comfort. If you prefer a slightly looser fit, you may choose to size up - but most wearers find their usual size to be just right.
What are the cooling packs made of? Are they safe?
The cooling packs are made with mineral mud, gel, and purified water. They are safe for external use and can be placed over the breasts to provide relief from swelling and discomfort. We do not recommend using heat, as it may stimulate milk production.
Can I use the bra while pregnant?
The bra itself is soft and supportive and can be worn during pregnancy for comfort. However, the cooling packs should only be used with medical approval during pregnancy. They are intended for post-lactation use.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is 2–3 business days. After that, shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.
